Argo for iPhone: privacy

Last updated 21 October 2026

Argo computes your chart on your phone and keeps it there.

What Argo holds

The birth date, time and place you type, and the charts you make from them, stored on your device. Argo has no accounts, no sign-in, no server of its own; nothing you enter is sent to us or to anyone.

What leaves your phone

Nothing from Argo. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store; Apple's privacy policy covers them, and we see only what Apple shows every developer (sales by region, never who). Notifications are scheduled on your phone from your chart; they do not pass through a server.

What we don't do

No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking, no third-party code that phones home. Argo knows your chart and nothing else about you.

Deleting

Delete a chart in the app and it is gone; delete the app and everything is. There is nothing of yours on our side to delete.

Children

Argo is rated 4+ and collects nothing, from anyone.

Changes

If a future version of Argo ever sends anything anywhere, this page changes first, and the app says so before it does.

Write to us: hello@argoastro.com. This page covers the Argo app for iPhone. The Almanac, our email letter, has its own policy at /privacy.
